SentryOne

the last check before a supplier payment becomes irrevocable: the sat 69-b list, account history and the banxico receipt, in the minute before the spei

  • 1st place, capital one track, hackmty 2026

what it is

a mexican small business pays its suppliers through spei, and an accepted transfer cannot be reversed. if the account is wrong, or the sat later lists that supplier under article 69-b, the loss is decided in that same minute.

sentryone runs six deterministic controls over every line of the run and comes back with a level, a state and a proposed action: hold, verify or release, always with the evidence on screen. there is no language model in the decision. an assistant reads and proposes, and a person executes.

the real 69-b list ships with the repo, 14,234 rows, so the check works with no network. as of september 13, 2026 the suite was 2,912 tests across 150 files with zero failing.
